How do I verify my account?

To verify your account:

1. Log in and click the “Redeem” button on the left side
2. If you have enough Sweeps Coins, select "Verify" to start verification
3. Add, review and confirm your personal details
4. Upload a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, state-issued ID card or residence permit)
5. Take a selfie using your camera or webcam
6. Submit and wait for verification to be completed
7. Upload your proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or credit card statement)
8. Submit and wait for verification to be completed
9. After both verifications are approved, your account is fully verified and eligible for redemptions!

Verification typically takes a few minutes to a few hours.
