How do I clear cache and cookies?

Old files saved in your browser can cause the site to "freeze." Find your browser below and follow the steps:

Google Chrome

  • Desktop (PC/Mac): Press Ctrl + Shift + Del. Select "All time" and click Clear data.

  • Mobile (Android/iOS): Tap the menu (3 dots) > Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

Mozilla Firefox

  • Desktop: Click the menu (3 lines) > Settings > Privacy & Security. Under "Cookies and Site Data," click Clear Data.
  • Mobile (Android/iOS): Tap the menu > Settings > Delete browsing data.
