How can I check my redemption status?

To check your redemption status:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on “Redeem” button on the left side
3. View the status of your recent redemptions
4. Status updates include: Pending, Rejected, Paid, Failed, Canceled, Processing

• Pending - once you submit a redemption request. It will not change until you cancel the request or the admin processes the request.
• Rejected - admin rejected the request. There will always be a reason for the rejection next to it.
• Paid - redemption request approved and paid. Prize is either on the way or you already received it.
• Failed - redemption request was approved by an admin, but prize receival failed for some reason which will be stated in the "Reason" section.
• Canceled - you (user) manually canceled the redemption request.
• Processing - redemption request was approved by an admin and the prize will be sent to you (user) soon.
